License Agreement

Please Note:  After reading this agreement completely, see below for Keynotes download.

You must agree to the following terms and conditions before using this software.  Your use of this software indicates that you accept this license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version

You may install and use one copy of the Keynotes software on a single computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER").

No registered user, nor anyone else, may alter of modify the Keynotes executable file.  You cannot give anyone else permission to modify the Keynotes executable file.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Disclaimer of Warranty

ASysTech, Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to the merchantability or fitness of this product to a particular purpose.  There is no other warranty, express or implied.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must assume  the entire risk of using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Demo Version

Evaluation and Registration

Keynotes is not free or shareware software.  You are hereby licensed to use this software for demo and evaluation purposes without charge for thirty days.  If you use this software for any other purpose, a registration fee of $150.00 (U.S. Dollars) is required.  You may purchase Keynotes by check or money order.  All payments must be in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. bank, and may be sent to:

When your payment and software ID are received, you will be sent an unlock code via email that you will use to register your individual copy of Keynotes on the installed computer system.

No registered or unregistered user, nor anyone else, may alter of modify the Keynotes executable product.  You cannot give anyone else permission to modify the Keynotes executable file.

Any use of Keynotes, other than as specified in this agreement, is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Registration Instructions

The Keynotes plug-in provided is a fully functioning 30-day evaluation copy.  If you would like the full version of the product without the 30-day limitation, you need to register your copy.
Registration Steps:

1. Send check or money order ($150.00 U.S.) to ASysTech, Inc., (address information listed above).  You must include your software ID with payment.  The software ID is obtained by running the regit.exe program.  You must also include your valid email address so that your unlock key can be returned to you.

2. Once you receive your unlock key, enter it into the bottom box in the regit.exe program, and click the register button.  Keynotes will now be registered.

Installation Instructions

You may download a zipped file or an .exe file.  The zipped file requires WinZip, PKZIP or another unzipping program to use. This program only works with AutoCAD 2006 and 2007, not with previous versions. If you are running an earlier version of AutoCad click here.

Zip File Installation Instructions
Filename is Keynotes.zip (downloading the zip file implies that you agree with the aforementioned license agreement)
Click the above link.  Select File: Save As.  Unzip the file using PKZip, WinZip or another archive utility that supports zip files.  Run the installation program (Install.exe).  After the installation is complete, a system reboot is suggested.  Run AutoCAD 2000 and the Keynotes software will be installed with AutoCAD.  Keynotes will be included on the AutoCAD toolbar.

.EXE File Installation Instructions
Filename is  Keynotes.exe (downloading the zip file implies that you agree with the aforementioned license agreement)
Note:  This registration program requires VB Runtime 6.0
Click the above link.  Select File:  Save As.  After the download is complete, run the application and click Unzip.  After the installation is complete a system reboot is recommended.  Run AutoCAD 2000 and the Keynotes software will be installed with AutoCAD.  Keynotes will be included on the AutoCAD toolbar.
