Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
– How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unopened & unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must request an Return Authorization & return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt with your request.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a return authorization # as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer along with shipping/delivery instructions for your return.
– Return Exceptions:
Most items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include software and most hardware products.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
– Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your product is unopened & unused, you may exchange your item for a replacement. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm or as soon as the product is available in stock.

Trucking companies depending on size and weight of shipment
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How Is My Information Used? Your information is only used to fill your order and provided to the manufacturer if required for product warranty. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
